We need a new functionality inside the WooCommerce Orders dashboard (Bulk Actions menu) that allows us to:

1. Select multiple orders that contain uploaded files.

2. Download and compile all uploaded files from the selected orders into a single PDF document.

3. Allow us to print the compiled PDF directly from the WooCommerce dashboard.

This feature will help the admin team process bulk orders efficiently without opening each order one by one.
